For Reykjavík Geothermal, the new year marked the start of a new consulting project in collaboration with three other well-known entities in Iceland: the law firm BBA//Fjeldco, Verkís Engineering, and Iceland Geosurvey. The client is the Comoros Government where the project entails the preparation of the legal framework for geothermal and other renewable energy sources in Comoros. The Comoros is a volcanic archipelago just past of Africa's eastern coast.
