RG fulfills ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements

Reykjavik Geothermal has implemented requirements of the international standards of ISO 14001 on environmental management and OHSAS 18001 on occupational health and safety management. The systems were audited by British Standards Institution (BSI).

Reykjavik Geothermal now has a certified QHSE business management system according to best practice on quality management, environmental management and on occupational health and safety. The company is also committed to the ISO 26000 standard on social responsibility and the SA 8000 standard on social accountability.
